This is breaking news a massive reporting scandal uncovered in Nashville, Tennessee. Our guest today, John Rich Jay Sekulow on June 30.
Contact racing was giving a small view of coronavirus construction in nursing homes, causing problems more than a thousand cases traced each category, bars and restaurants to case, Leslie Waller from the health department as quote this is going to be publicly released right just info for Mayor's office wrecked not for public consumption answers. The mayor Senior advisor Benjamin Eagle phone lines are open for your questions right now.
1-800-680-3110 the right foot literally hundreds and thousands of people out of work and are now aware that losing their home, etc. and we did it offer all information and bogus data that should be the only God praising trailblazing radio show takeover Jay Sekulow live today where we enjoyed in just a few seconds by my buddy John Riggio from big and Rich Gomez, a Nashville icon. The owner of a bar affected greatly by the Cove in 19 I shut down and locked out the sums, the redneck Riviera bar and Grill downtown Nashville on Broadway remember him because I think he's got some words to say about what's happening in Nashville if you don't know late last night and honestly were were in the Nashville area.
I will never base their is big news amongst us by think you all need to know nationwide. This is probably what's happening. It's generally a a potential will for teachers to have this uncovered everywhere across the country as the numbers have not been reported accurately what we saw with the leaked emails that came out of the mayor's office into the mayor's office really specifically saying don't let the public know that the spread of the outbreak was amongst nursing homes and construction sites. It wasn't amongst Broadway downtown Nashville.
The bars and restaurants and this has been a pretty shocking revelation and we've seen this city decimated in terms of of issues whether you go back early this year were tornadoes. Then there was the lock down and then are our lovely mayor of Nashville, Tennessee requested a 34% tax increase on property taxes right now.
It's been a rough time and look restaurants. Recently bars bars just went up to Nashville and as of a couple weeks ago when they can have 10 people inside it was all you 25 people and now guess what just a few minutes ago after they were caught red-handed by essentially not reporting the data in the emails will it says on their noses. Good to go public right is right, Leslie Waller from the health department specifically asked the mayor's office representative. This isn't gonna be publicly released right just for Mayor's office and Benjamin equals who is the senior advisor to Mayor Cooper said correct not for public consumption and what that revealed was that when they were doing the contact tracing and seeing that thousands of cases were seen to have come out of both nursing homes which is been the case, it was the case in New York.
It was the case in a lot of places because in a lot of places the right attention wasn't given to that but also construction sites and which is the commonplaces we bring the spread southern New York nursing homes construction sites and look were not downplaying the virus you want to make sure you know that we would never take seriously right but at that point in this email went and were just 22 cases attributed to bars and restaurants are not just focusing on the bar angle the entire hospitality bar and restaurant industry. Only 20 tales of the thousands of restaurants potentially in the city. Unbelievable. This is the kind of corruption that may be happening in your own town to look at LJ there's some stuff that we can do that right now we party put some people in place to start looking to some of the legal responses to all of this gives a call to think 1-800-684-3110. What 684-3110 couple segments from our buddy John Rich join us on the program challenges facing Americans was a time when our Valley freedom sword constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice for decades ACLJ has been on the frontlines projecting your freedoms defending your rights and courts in Congress and in the public arena and we have an exceptional track record of success.
But here's the bottom line we could not do more work without your support, we remain committed to protecting your religious and constitutional freedoms, and that remains our top priority, especially now during these challenging times. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member.
Thank you.
If you're not well this is the perfect time to stand with us. ACLJ.org where you can learn more about her life changing work, become a member today ACLJ only one. A society can agree that the most vulnerable in voice. Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying when you stand with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission life will show you how you are personally support the publication includes a look at all major ACLJ pro-life cases were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications of Roe V Wade, 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in the and what Obama care means to the pro-life discover the many ways your membership is empowering the right question for copy mission life today online ACLJ/Jay Sekulow you doing this is you get this show. Listen to it. But guess what will we just did a couple minutes there about this breaking news story out of Nashville, Tennessee, where the numbers for Cove in 19 been greatly skewed where they were not even shown to the public exactly what was being said in the mayor's office.
They knew this is what was going on and I think we should walk through it. We got about 10 minutes right now. Let's walk through everything that led to honestly eventually.
Today, probably just to save his job dying for Christian radio save his job had to come out they say about plaintiff guess what 50% -50% bars. I can tell you what you guys didn't like like that. I didn't allow there to be any financing the Titan stadium. Guess what you said no season is to understand so you know talking about covering yourself and trying to keep yourself keep a job here John registers more that talking see where he goes. He's an owner business owner downtown Nashville support. Hear from him but will let's let's walk through this well is essentially we all know that back in March was when things started to be close. We had we had lockdowns going in place We had things shutting down. That's because of how rapidly the virus was spreading and we saw the spikes we had the two weeks to flatten the curve and so this was around the country. Things like bars and restaurants were closed down due to essential workers only but a lot of those places they did remain open were construction sites and we had nursing homes that their their long-term care facilities, or places that you can't you down but what some of the problem that I see is a lot of the states and localities. They didn't necessarily look for ways to mitigate the spread of the virus within those communities, and instead that's where it became very much spread throughout now you go through. We had it throughout April. There was that the Seyfert home order was extended in Nashville, you had in May 18 there was a mask mandate manned announced in the city but also throughout this time that it it's a metropolitan area. There was a lot of these marches these protests that are going on in Nashville and the mayor. He attended one that had 10,000 people. There was chanting there was shouting and and he even said then there was no evidence that the guys how that things would spread when you're close together shouting and things like that. Now that that's fine if that's the narrative enough to play out, but that's also he was simultaneously saying that people being loud close together in bars and restaurants if they were talking elevated because it's noisy.
That is how it spread so he's always been trying to have it both ways, both politically supporting the protests and it did get violent in Nashville at one point there was damage to the federal courthouse is lit on fire and all or most of the restaurants on Broadway at glass shattered outlook in all of this if you just Nashville or there were tornadoes the beginning of the year in March like a week or two before lockdowns wiped out in a tiger asserted one of our most popular areas of East Nashville branch is decimated. That whole disaster. Then on top of that you have the shutdowns the lockdowns in there like you said, the hypocrisy that comes out of these mayors where there okay with the protests okay with the riots. They're not okay with business going on and this is where does turn political.
Unfortunately I hate look on pro protester broke going out there and speaking your mind. I think there's anything wrong that I am against violence with the terms of them gets Violet protesting his writing looting totally against all those, but you're going to protest. That's fine if the hypocrisy of a will.
When you then put into mandate when you're out there doing it yourself anyways. In June he was out there protesting and marching.
Many had to get himself tested because of that to but no yeah that's outspread as of recent. They've currently loose nothing a lot back down the bars right so that was around the legs of the bars are kind of have a bar owner on here next to John Rich bars are kind of front of the bus here as is the main culprit and really that is just an easy target. So it was in July that they started to allow things to start, reopen, and they went to like a phase 3 and then they had to quickly revert back to a modified to because they were once again blaming the bars and restaurants for this and then it went to August. They were more stringent and now were seeing all the way here in September that magically today he's announcing that we are going back to phase 3 and that are getting caught last night, but the problem was. Throughout July, when all this was happening. When they were modifying phase 2 going to three and in all these movements within the uncertainty within the hospitality industry.
So a lot of people just didn't even even if they were allowed to be open. People were like is it worth going because we don't know for supposed to because that's how people spread it but yet their internal data was showing how low like this are so low in the high 88 cases of 20,000 in Davidson County, which is Nashville's County were attributed to a bar or restaurant.
So think of how broad that category is 88 of 20,000, that's not even 1/2 of a percent and look I don't want to downplay the virus and pretend here that we, were they know it's not no noted that there going 19 coronavirus have all had friends Albert affected very real is a real thing. The question is though is when do they start controlling you for political in their own motivations, not because of them trying to protect you and also try to protect you and there really is real. It's a real cause then fire the promise when the data start showing they are protecting you. That means the data showing that you are safe or safer than you thought you were a quilted 88 people 88 cases however you decide not to report that to your local area is not report that to the news was in panic mode of the restaurants are closing down the small businesses that are given shuttered that mean you're doing it for other motives and there's only a few personal gain or professional game for your own your own career to look like the Savior or because you know there's election, John Cooper Mayor came into this game into Nashville kind of an odd time for Nashville.
In general, and there was our mayor and there is scandal, she to step down. He stepped up and now he's been our mayor for a while for those who live in Nashville but back to your point, what's, what's the endgame why you say that this is the reason but you're hiding the ball over here the one of the major categories. The construction category is while they said thousands of cases were contact Tracy traced back to that it is no secret that Nashville is a booming metropolitan area. There's a lot of construction if they focused on making it safer to go to work as a construction worker which is a very vital portion of this economy and an essential worker if they put their efforts and focused on making it safer for that category.
Instead of being more concerned maybe with those projects getting done quickly under budget.
All the because there's a mean road construction building construction.
If they put their focus on that instead of shuttering an entire segment of the economy that the city is very reliant upon.
Perhaps they could've actually done more for the people, and saved lives and saved people getting infected. A lot of you're watching right now, a lot of your friends and family in the Nashville area basically dealing with this kind of situation. I encourage you to share this broadcast in the next segment rejoined by our buddy John Rich.
You know him from big and Rich the country music that you know him as the owner of redneck Riviera which is a bar, and whiskey.
These are taught at the bar that is currently right now is a few weeks ago was shut down then allowed to reopen and re-shut down and now it's back open-ended but smaller scale skillet provides 10 to 25 people and now finally the day to 12 hours after the controversy breaks. All of a sudden the mayor decides. Oh yeah, we can open up a 50% we can. We connection start bringing in people in the tines canal have canal have fans I don't hear from you. Two 1-800-684-3110 in the mayor did address this just before we went on air in a in that press conference you're talking about this like and he was he was asked by reporter and I think there's a lot of times when there's a categorical dent categorical denial of something.
This is where politicians can get tripped up the let's play by 27 a local reporter asking the mayor if they were withholding information is far less recently denied an open records request for information on the asked about the Templars that had related outbreaks response said no records existed, of which $10 is where is that true that no records existed and has there been a deliberate attempt to withhold information about COBIT numbers in bars and restaurants. Thank you, and you hear me thank you Nancy for the question courses no effort to withhold information will do all we can open up all information open above ration anything they can do well. I think a certain bar owner would love to hear your thoughts as well. The better next segment country music icon John rich joining us in the next segment again 100-684-3110 voice on the air also is the ACLJ not just taking this giving you information were actually looking to see what we can do legally with the local FOIA request or whatever it is to find out more information to support the work. The ACLJ and ACLJ.R can't wear the shirt, eyeball bingo, that's our new kids YouTube channel to keep America history going for your kids elementary school work in production today for the first big video coming from a video on they could support that work a bald eagle.com will be right back. More on this in our guest John only wanted society can agree that the most vulnerable. Is there any hope for that culture to survive.
And that's exactly what you are saying when used with the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn gold mission will show you how you personally support the publication includes all major ACLJ were fighting for the rights of pro-life activist ramifications 40 years later Planned Parenthood's role in what Obama care means to discover the many ways your membership is powering the right question mission life today online/challenges facing Americans is freedom sort constitutional rights are under attack more important than ever to stay with the American Center for Law and Justice ACLJ on the frontlines projecting your freedoms defending your rights and courts in Congress. The American Center for Law and Justice is on your side, you're already a member.
Thank you, are not well this is the perfect time to stand with us ACLJ.where you can learn more about her life changing, member today ACLJ Hillary program to cover Jay Sekulow live rejoined by my buddy's text this morning really bright and early, because both of us could believe it was going on with my friend John rich from big and rigid. Also the owner of redneck Riviera whiskey, but also the bar in downtown Nashville on Broadway Summit is been deeply affected by the Cove igniting crisis. You've heard us talk to last two segments about this scandal. This controversy just recently opened up from the mayor's office and John if there's any I know that you are pretty vocal about some issues you had with the mayor to let you talk for a minute. How do you feel about this latest news well well well you know it's so it so egregious that you can, say well well well and put a grin on your face and go gotcha. Yeah but so what.
The damage has been done. There are thousands upon thousands of people in Nashville that work one way or another around Broadway and around all these places that the mayor shut down with this bogus information as you put it in. I'm talking about. Remember Logan. This is called what music city. That's what this town is called. There's a reason it's called that call music city because the vast majority of our economy in this town revolves around music. That's why people come here from all over the planet to come to Nashville to hear live music so the mayor knows that he's got numbers that don't support the actions that he's taking yet continues to take those actions do not just take him for a little while to come month after month after month limiting what that's resulted in. There are musicians, bartenders, people in the service industry. Security guards, cleanup crews, you name it. Everybody involved with that better now that literally. I know of musicians that have sold every instrument they have pawned every amplifier they could get their hands on sold their cars move down 56 deep envelope into an apartment with other musicians and then eventually couldn't even do that and went back home. People that were client. There's people that were plan my bar. You know, earlier this year that are now back in Iowa in Texas and the bad and wherever they came from, they are gone and another thing that it did. I am personally aware and have personally been trying to help.
Several people affected by this that have slipped into serious alcoholism, serious drug abuse and some of them even suicidal tendencies. Because of this, resulting from this and so to find out that the mayor knew that there was this minuscule level of cases that were traced back to Broadway.
Yet he crushed us like that and put his foot on her neck like that for that long. I agree with the statement earlier in my mind it to be criminal. What is pulled off hear a lot of people calling you you culture your recall slug people are calling for resignation. There's a lot of people are really concerned that Johnny Brandt really great points. It's easy for us to get wrapped up in that the close bars a close reference will you even brought up that bars have been unfavorably targeted even in the way they talked about it today. Right is not necessarily, these were coming from Broadway. These are just the defined small areas and small restaurants and bars that have such a small case count any job. Next up in there pointing out one of the most recognizable features of our city instead of the Holocaust are thinking of various the vastness of the entire County with restaurants and bars but they're targeting that one tourism district and you see how low the case number is it's it's really frightening yeah and Johnny not been your bar many times and I've heard people perform.
I know personal also friends who have moved to left Nashville because, again, that was her whole career.
People don't know how that system works even for the performers. This is not a they get out your full-time salary from these restaurants and bars.
Remove and place the place working for tips and in making a living doing it so it did not have been seen people from your bar. People just think of country music is most its country music but people from Australia. People from all over the planet. As you said, who perform their forms their nightly now. We did of course John C. After this came out and maybe even they knew this was coming a little bit because yesterday they announced the Titans couldn't do it from.
No one could ever be there no ticket to little bit of ticket sales and then they announced just today I bars can move in October to 50% capacity what your response to that too late to write my response to that the damage has been done you're talking about now. If there's a class-action lawsuit with all the businesses that he unfairly targeted without data to back it up.
Remember that's been his whole argument know you don't like me, shut your business is down but hey numbers are out of control and I have no choice not have to do it, and now all of that is proven to be an absolute lie based on his own inside communications with his so that that the amount of money a futile, that together not only employees that lost her job, but their income but building owners bar owners all the people that work on their I would I would guesstimate a class-action lawsuit reaching into the billions with a three of dollars that it is damaged that many people you can't put that horse back in the bar yet that that is over with that is already happened and there's nothing he can do about it at this point you resignation would be would be the immediate thing he should do.
But that's still not done a fix-it a map when I tell you the damage that has been done, but it is not funny what people have gone through and and I will tell you this. If the numbers had been legit like they were really like that loader. They were really through the risk we would've all went man this is brutal but what are you going to do and yet you have to shut down people's laughter at risk here in our business be damned you have to do it and you know these are the numbers, but then you find out.
Those aren't the numbers yet those aren't the numbers. This was a lie. This is a hoax. Yet, ask yourself this. Why when the mayor of music city kill the one thing that keeps the city alive music.
Why would he do that when he had the numbers right in front of them that told him you don't have to do that you don't have to kill all the music in our town, but he did it anyway.
So I like to get him a new moniker. I want to say that a John Cooper is now that de Blasio was the spouse. That's what he is. He's our de Blasio now in Nashville the most ruthless mayor in the history of Nashville not only what we learn today in the middle of a pandemic, 34% tax increases. I mean, how much more can you brutalize the city at this matter done to us in this course you said gets caught your surprise surprise gets caught. They said the damage is done and hopefully there is road to recovery for everyone and maybe because of this, you know, this is such a horrible thing that happened today is your breaking news. We talked about it will will go over it again. By the way, the next time and a lot of people join is right now for John and really explain what happened, but hopefully there will be something coming up junk is even early on we were talking stay home yet. The song we were all in it together. We were going to do this right now the tide has turned. Yeah, it wouldn't surprise me now see and how Cooper operates that he says well now that we got a $2 billion lawsuit have to raise your taxes again to pay for for 80 million extra he's already asked and stayed for $80 million extra to help cover a budget shortfall and have had a lot of my Democrat friends actually call me today and say like this may arrive you cannot see same here people are outraged they are ready to done redneck Riviera is partially open right now and will continue to open rollout more. Check out John's new song coming out in just a couple weeks will make sure front as well. Just think what is good to write will be right back tomorrow Jay Sekulow life you want your voice heard 100 684-3110 calls ACLJ on the frontline protecting your freedoms and rights in court in Congress and in the public arena.

My second program take over Jay Sekulow live Thursday we have a incredible amount of information to get you. I note the address on it during the second half hour just in the body. John Rich on thanks to the on 1112 13,000 people that were watching on Facebook. Thank you and the millions are listening on radio that you share this with your friend. Phone lines are lighting up to take some phone calls will were also good to break down what went on in Nashville and we need to reset give everybody a little bit of a what happened last night at 10 o'clock I start texting you never gonna believe this will well what we had was a local news channel FOX 17's we have to give them credit and it shows the intensive local report is there at 517 so good on them for pulling this off.
But they were able to get some emails and these were internal documents between the Department of Health in Davidson County and the mayor's office of of Nashville and Davidson County.
It's a consolidated Metropolitan area so that sometimes you hear County and in city but essentially the Council and the mayor is for both the County and the city.
Even though there some other smaller cities dispersed throughout Davidson County, but essentially what it shows is that in June and then also in July they were discussing back and forth how to respond to the data they were receiving about the low amount of contact tracing back to the bars and restaurant industry.
That's what was shut down and then reopen partially but that they had been warning forever. This is what's can cause the super spreading in Nashville that it is going to cause exponential spread and in death and injury and infection and what it shows is that the Department of Health was asking this isn't going to be publicly released right. This is just info for the mayor's office in the senior advisor to Mayor Cooper of Nashville, Benjamin Eagles, he said, correct not for public consumption, however, was the mayor as far back as April 24 and as recently in their reopening order on September 1. They have been driving home the theme that reopening Nashville will be data driven, not date driven saying that you to wait to see how the data comes in right to actually have plates about the month or two months now.
It's been what, six months to what it so yeah the data shows that they were hiding was that the bars and restaurants in that's a broad category. That's a lot of potential businesses a lot of potential interaction. In June there were only traced 222 cases back to bars and restaurants and then in July when there was more questions coming from reporter saying hey. You've only had 80 so far. Some of that was that the contract contact tracing found more cases because they its investigation essentially have to talk to this person to this person find where it originated, but only 80 cases had been traced in July back to bars and restaurants. When thousands had been to construction and to nursing homes, a reporter from the local paper asks if it's 80. And this is the figure and there's been over 20,000 positive cases. Doesn't that mean that your data is showing that this isn't the problem. We need to focus on other areas and they're asking please advise how to do we deal with this and someone says in this discussion. My two cents is we don't want to give a per restaurant count. We don't want to talk about just the numbers going up all the time right it's in there with trying to hide the ball they are hiding the numbers. It's not even the conspiracy people. This is nonsense or theory there's evidence is real. This really happening. So much so they're having to cover their tracks quickly misplaced. An hour ago. They announce this after this all broke last night. It's insanity just shows political corruption at its highest form to control you control your life because they want to involve a political financial plan and we know this, again, is no more theories disguised bad news. The whole time. Time to do something about it.

Every time a video gets published each afternoon. We post new clips and new full episodes, but well obviously a lot of outrage going on. People are really as a conceive of its people are taken very seriously as they should. There are a ton of phone calls commanders take some of the at some point I just think it thinking about what John was saying about how many people he is an employer sees the real impact this has had on individuals in the city and to me the most telling thing about the email conversation was that today John Cooper tried to say you know we were just following what the CDC was saying he tried to cover his tracks, but if they truly believed what they were doing was helping and that the lockdown of the restaurants and bars was the answer that email would've read completely different because you say 22 cases we did it. That's great.
Look at what we've done right, could have been talent touting that and sing. Make sure this gets out for public consumption.
Let's celebrate a victory, but they knew that wasn't the case because you wouldn't be having an internal conversation.
I don't expect you would be entitled to ever see. That's when you're the most vulnerable and most truthful is how we deal with this and what they come out with his this. Don't let the public see this or let's let's say out there getting worse every day. That just proves they knew that wasn't the answer. They should've been focused on something else, but they didn't and they ruined lives they ruined jobs. They ruined an economy by focusing on the wrong thing for political gain half we were shut down in March and this was you know may that's one thing was eight weeks resume. John was right before the lower right when lockdown started happening. It was in March he was saying they're hoping to get your concerts going back is like there there, hoping maybe July an hour into nearly October and some live event started up the Ryman the Ryman Auditorium is a very limited crowd hundred and less than 100 people) 100 people so were tried in the businesses are trying people try now time for the government did start to try to step up and maybe it's time for some of them to step down a six and phone calls go to Mark in Tennessee. Text: welcome Nashville is a good run here so I love you are, but I will. And so this is all work is affected every market Nashville.
I was on someone work with you you you know the big hoax and I look at will, for starcrossed knowledge now can be proven that is not really just a micro on example for the whole country whole country has been little low pullovers about this shameful strength you say hoax virus is is a hoax. That's without saying that I want to clarify the virus is a hoax were saying that the buyers are really no personal friends who got it got very ill. Some friends of friends who passed away.
I know that it's really not here. Not that person. I'm not the person saying this is a real night were very safe. Your mixer will never distance we we are being paper protected here in protective.
However, what is a hoax. Is this crazy shut down that ends up causing so much damage when there is no proof when they got those numbers should be Wilson the great looker doing it right or number two said okay will they know you start moving into. Instead they waited till the day gets released to Fox 17. Good for them to give them all the love in the world for coming up with this story and find out all this information to get up off this dirt is great. I love Fox 17. It was very good to me.
I love people are great ideas of the executive producers and they are hard, hard working, there were 24 hours a day stuff like this. I am I right about what is the problem well is when you when you then do something this at such a quick pit that's even to me the biggest moment when it's a pity because today's press converts were supposed to be about like sports and the Titans.
That was a joke in the background like the Titans logo now that it talked about Jess also opened the phase 3 and there's always been is really a Broadway big guy downtown area tourist district is enclosed as to close at 10 PM right now that's been one of the rules, I guess, but because there's a lot of reasons they see it community drop. There's reasons there find that some scientific but then you know when the Titans played away games that openly stay open late if they chose to Monday night. Guess what, Monday night, which is such an arbitrary shows when he said data not dates trying to play an away game that's that's our kids play the Broncos I will play Monday Monday and the bars on could stay open. I write I read much of the book were going to stay open is nobody here Monday night football know what is your wife in the garage of that gave them permission given permission bars and restaurants. You can stay open until the Titans game is over, and when you start doing that. It's so controlling it is so manipulative, that is the biggest concern because they're doing stuff just to mess with you to understand by listen and just take it go. That's crazy look of these documents were shown to note here the ACLJI think is important to find out more information.
Find out what is when there's political corruption and all of these things start happening. There's a reason behind it order to do our best to figure out what kind of resources and recourses we contact.
I would point something out as well. So on July 3.
Right before Fourth of July when Nashville canceled a lot of its festivities. They had the mayor tweeted out something called the serious six and now this comes after these emails. On June 30 which point out to us that it is mostly construction or nursing homes, but he tweets out the serious six and it says Nashville health has identified these six sources as common ways COBIT 19 has been spreading in Nashville. It's vital to wear a mask practice social distancing and wash her hands frequently.
That's all fine, but here's what the serious six are weddings faith-based group activities essential worksites which is construction food production healthcare so we know that that was inaccurate in bars small gathering and parties and household contacts now essential workers going back to their household contacts that make sense small having and parties make sense of it says faith-based group activities that just group activities things about specific errors faith-based. If you don't think this is political. It is a part of the agenda they're putting on church activities in bars and that's what were talking about, but we know from the emails that places the conservatives got they were the biggest problems also. If it was once again back to the whole marching in the streets issue if it were grotesque close proximity elbow to elbow, chanting faith-based activity.
What unit why is that not on your why couldn't just be the serious seven careful, be careful when you're out there. Remember, this is in Tennessee I lived here for a long time looking majority my life almost to the sick. Nashville is one of the more it's a couple liberal cities more liberal cities. It's a moderately liberal studies nationals one of them. The actual Metropolitan Nashville you anywhere outside the burp into the burbs and its maybe the Most Conservative Pl. in America. Beyond that, it's so this is coming at a Nashville imagine the cities that are dealing with so much more to dealing with these power-hungry people who really are trying to jog Cooper's not really try to okay just affect just the little town. They also affect this are the big town affect the suburbs effect the little towns they shut everything down and we can't just stand by anymore when there's news like this that breaks I rarely way into a lot of the stuff you watch the reprogram will and I do it each and every day we dip our toe in politics we call hypocrisy. When we see it, but largely we have a lot of fun to goofy show got a comedy/conservative talk show that we do a good job at each listen to it Logan Sekulow reprogram find it on our favorite podcast players on YouTube.
You can watch as each and every day blogger does during Logan Sekulow reprogram when stuff like the Facebook group when stuff like this comes up.
We cannot remain silent. You have to call hypocrisy when you see it.
If you look at this document to document the entire timeline, Erica Branson, our office did for us. We look at this time, when it's just hypocritical move after hypocritical move and attack specifically on people for political and personal, and faith-based waste when you see this list and you will shows us that serious.
Six.
Whatever was called. It's a lot of places that are intentionally targeted at people of faith and people of the country like a lot of fun and tourism for your town will more segment coming up on Jay Sekulow lives Logan Sekulow reprogram takeover take a lot more calls about 1-800-684-3110 for the work that ACLJ.org only one.
A society can agree most vulnerable invoice.
Is there any hope for that culture to survive. And that's exactly what you are saying the American Center for Law and Justice, defendant the right to life, we've created a free powerful publication offering a panoramic view of the ACLJ's battle for the unborn is called mission will show you how you personally.

Thanks for listening to a pretty intense show, but no one's pretty pretty darn informative hopefully opens your eyes look but let's take some phone calls. Well, let's start in the great state and city go to Tina on line 3 Tina, welcome to Jay Sekulow live in the reprogram take a Nashville welcome will find that line with that one party had really got great with all parties, where they found Carol Hartley that bought it and ran a great campaign in your right as a writer same candidate. But you're right. I do think they think the nationals kind of a lost cause will in some of these place just in terms of getting a conservatives be running right and I feel like that narrative hopefully will be shifting some that I think today is a game changer.
I have not heard from so many of my friends there on both sides the political spectrum sign. You can't do this. Is it affected everyone. It's not like everyone is playing on Broadway sitting there is a conservatives affect everyone who works there were works of bars and works a restaurant.
Everyone who serves all your valet all your parking attended all the people Bridgestone arena has not had an event in six months. It's insane understand their situations. But when you are specifically calling out these businesses that are like the if you been to Nashville.
Some of these bars and on Broadway and in reference art are very large, some are not. Some are very intimate small spaces so you know to say that those people can only have 25 people okay but some is one third humongous exam, but you can keep the lights on so thankfully we are seeing some movement today but it's only because they were caught and I love I love the knee-jerk reaction when you're caught my favorite hilarious really is. It's sad, but it's hilarious because you you're just it didn't essentially admit a unofficial admission of guilt that there was corruption here. Here's another bite from Mayor Cooper today at that press conference where he will announce quite a few things, but this is still respond to the report was calling out were you hiding information is bite 31 because I think the very talented listen carefully about one who tries to give some credit to and also how he tries to spin it was split where here today celebrating pretty good financial we should not be 81st and the think we should still be based on our density in our population and how people live. We should still be the most affected county in the state, but we took action. We took action ahead of time and in response to careful in formation sent to us by the White House to do what we did and it has been effective.
So again thank you and answer your question, of course, were happy to share all information but we want the right interpretation behind all this. Thank you so they're happy to share all the information, but first make sure the right interpretation of the information is out there also is available as a lighthouse. It was the local area politics in the local-area shutdowns of the telework yes the rhymes and guidelines and rules were in place by you had your data.
You have your Department of Health you are supposedly making these decisions based on the way that we should be on CCV wishes it was our you read those emails is getting worse every day elements yet may only be 80 today but it's getting worse. We should list the lower ranks as they kill us go finish up with phone calls with James James on the airline for taking my call. Forgive me for speaking in general I like how to help the Democratic Party when we have local politician governors state holding everybody back and even in the great state of Michigan here were just a few of the way from recalling governor. How do they think they'll care Aarti Rice. They don't care about the Presidential race. They care about showing in America that's falling apart, taking an economy right destroying everything to win election.
It sadly the truth is, this is almost undeniable proof and that's is what they don't care about your local mayor John Cooper in care of the mayor, the small-town mayors of the governor even think about winning the general election.
What's the best thing for Nashville to bear for city street empty you look at pictures of Times Square and it's disgusting make you upset or hurt your stomach. You look at ago.
We can't live through this anymore. And guess what they say will the solution is a different present and that's politics 101. It's unfortunate. It's sad, but it's the truth. They will sacrifice your local community to have overall an overarching power finish up with more phone calls.
Michael life. You're on the particular call just calling think you need to expand your class action suit.
I've been watching the game. The population of 4.3 million of crunch the numbers there's no pandemic here at Sturgis you know nobody was wearing a mask except NT for 30,000 300,000 people there and hundred and 26 people got sick and that's why the reason we thought it was important to talk about this. Even though this is a Nashville issue were seeing this in cities across the country where they have a narrative and they're going to push that narrative regardless of what the data center. The data says even though they that the leftist mayors say they are the data, the science that's what drives their decisions were seeing more and more that it's not just politics.
Listen quickly to Mary Alice is over 20 meds I'm sorry we're running out of time but go ahead of your statement backfire on anymore state are fittings that are gonna come up with the sacred death is John Richard but he said and I can tell you just by my phone blown up this morning and late last night hundred percent correct.
