What’s putting NC schools at a disadvantage regarding NIL?

THIS sounds like it’d a perfect scenario, so why is it a problem? What are some schools doing to work around some executive orders? Does Brian agree with Adam when he says he looks at the term “guard rails” like this? Is there any chance that there’s anything that could help the NCAA out? What’s the concern if you turn it into an employee/employer relationship?
